Breast Cancer Super Survivors and Co-Survivors, join us on Thursday, February 16th from 5:30-7PM for a fun evening of wellness! We will have two special guests that will teach us about dry-brushing and yoga. Receive a free dry-brush and yoga mat.

Join us for a fun evening of wellness! We will have two special guests that will teach us about dry-brushing and yoga.
Dry brushing works by stimulating your lymphatic system, which is responsible for getting rid of toxins, allergens and other bad stuff from your body. Attendees will receive a free dry-brush.
We will be doing gentle yoga that can be done in a chair or on the floor on a yoga mat. Attendees will receive a free yoga mat.
