Mermaid Fitness in the desert! Come beat the heat and enjoy a 90 minute workout ... yoga and pilates on a floating mat, swimming with fins and aqua exercises in the pool. 25 minutes per station. All levels are welcomed! Learn a unique form of exercise that is super-fun and that will help lower your risk. Bring swim or workout attire, towel and your positive mermaid attitude!
