Mobile event at Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Limited number of spots. Check for a Lump covers 100% of the cost, and will cover any follow up diagnostic testing if necessary. 

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to get checked in and fill out paperwork. If you can not make your appointment, it is very important to provide us with as much notice as possible.
