Below is a list of organizations that can assist you beyond our mammogram program. Thanks to these excellent services, we're confident you'll find the care you deserve.

Seeking financial assistance with doctor's appointments? 

Arizona Resources

Adelante Health Care: www.adelantehealthcare.com

Offers total care for body and mind, including Adult and Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Women's Health, Dental, and Behavorial Health.

Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCS): www.azahcccs.gov

Arizona's Medicaid agency provides a medical insurance program for low-income Arizona residents.

Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program (BCCTP): www.azhealth.gov/bcctp

Assists individuals that would qualify for WWHC, but were not diagnosed through it. Helps obtain AHCCCS coverage for people with breast or cervical cancer, regardless of where they were screened.

Dignity Health at St. Joseph's Westgate Medical Center: www.dignityhealth.org

If you are not approved to AHCCCS coverage, the Dignity Financial Assistance Program will help you with the most affordable healthcare they possibly can.

A mobile healthcare clinic offering free medical and prescription services across the Phoenix Area.

Mountain Park Health: www.mountainparkhealth.org

Providing convenient, affordable healthcare for the uninsured to Goodyear, Tempe, and Phoenix areas.

Native Health Clinic: www.nativehealthphoenix.org

Strives to provide the best health care available for urban American-Indigenous People, Alaska Natives, and other individuals who generally experience barriers to holistic, patient-centered, culturally sensitive health and wellness services. All Native Health locations offer same-day medical appointments.

Neighborhood Christian Clinic: www.thechristianclinic.org

The Clinic's generous supporters and growing team of healthcare volunteers provide the highest quality of care at minimal cost to uninsured patients.

North Country HealthCare: www.northcountryhealthcare.org

Offers family medicine, pediatrics, women's health, dental care, and more.

The Society of St. Vincent De Pau (SSVDP): www.stvincentdepaul.net

St. Vincent De Paul provides a free Virginia G. Piper Medical Clinic to provide health services to uninsured and underserved patients at no cost.

Valleywise Health: www.valleywisehealth.org

If you are not approved for AHCCCS coverage, the Financial Assistance Program at Valleywise uses a scale to determine what you pay based on your income level. MIHS can help both the uninsured and underinsured.

Well Women Health Check (WWHC): www.wellwomenhealthcheck.org

Helps low-income, uninsured, and underinsured women gain access to breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services

Welsey Community Health Centers: www.wesleychc.org

Wesley provides primary healthcare to uninsured and underinsured using a sliding fee based on income level.
